Next step.. Writing a film review

Now completeting my poster for my short film, my next task is to produce a film review. i have researched and analysed different film reviews by BBC, Empire magazine and Rolling stones. By doing this i have a well know structure of how a professional film review should be.

Asking the public.

Due to technical faults i was not able to post this onto my blog before the questionnaire results. I released out an questionnaire onto the public of hedingham asking what they thought of my two poster designs. This is what my questionnaire looked like.

In an earlier i post i suggested that i would do a survey of which ones of the two film posters i made did the public most prefer, i have completed this task and the results confirmed that poster 1 was the most popular, therefore i will use poster one for my short film movie poster out of the publics popular demand.

Forest Gump Movie Poster

I have studied a similar films movie poster 'Forrest Gump' and have highlighted what techniques they have used and what i could use in my movie poster.

I have created two unfinished posters for my film, i will create a survey asking the public which picture of the two they prefer best and why. after the survey i will finnish the most popular poster and i will use it as my actual poster for my short film.

The project i have chosen involves the creating of a film poster, i have researched other film posters including other A2 student's.

Considering my film is about a girl growing up through her life, i have reserched that this is a similar storyline to forest gump so i decided to study the films poster aswell.
